Our RE/MAX Elite Team returned to Providenciales from Miami this weekend full of the drive, enthusism and forward thinking that it is possible to gain from a well structured conference. The team were particularly driven by the speaking of Guru Dr. Fred Grosse, who’s Keynote speach had the audience enthralled. It was particularly pleasing for the team to return back to a week where RE/MAX Elite saw a record number of enquiries  for recent months, which combined with an apparent slow US upturn bodes well for the near future!

With the team back and full of drive RE/MAX Elite will be looking to further optimize the way we work with new networking ideas, software, I.R.E.S. Certification, and a host of other plans to be put into play. Come down soon to check out what we have to offer!

I am pleased that every agent member of our team will be traveling from Providenciales to the Ritz Carlton in South Beach for the annual regional RE/MAX Conference. This is particularly impressive, given that the Country and the Turks and Caicos real estate industry in particular has had a very quiet year, as is the experience of most other Caribbean destinations. This shows the continued commitment of our agents to ensure they are kept up to date with all real estate procedures and technological advances, which will be a big topic at the conference.

Above all, I am proud that each and every one of our agents (who are independent contractors) have paid for this trip themselves, which shows the commitment and drive that makes each and every one of our agents stand out from the competition.

Whilst at the convention, we shall be mixing with up to 200 RE/MAX agents from across central America, the Caribbean and Florida and we will be sharing our most recent ideas, promoting our listings and generally making acquaintances.

We continue to see increased activity as regards enquiries and offers being received and I place this down to a number of pro-active measures that our agents are utilizing. These measures stem from weekly pro-active marketing meetings that we are having where we have a brainstorming session  and follow up by executing our ideas (we provide action, not words). Our continued enthusiasm and willingness to work hard, along with a repairing economy should see this continued trend of increasing enquiries.

I thank each and every one of my agents for their efforts in September, which is our quietest month of the year. Bring on October!
