Following a recent press release from Trip Advisor’s 2010 Traveler’s Choice Awards it became known that Providenciales has won 1st Place as the Best Beach and Sun Destination in the World and 8th Place as the Best Relaxation and Spa Destination in the World. In addition to this, for the Mexico and Caribbean region, the TCI also won 3rd Place as the Best Family Destination and 3rd Place as the Best Romance Destination.

Las Vegas, March 2009:  Local real estate agent Simon Padgett of RE/MAX ELITE, Turks and Caicos was recognized at the International Las Vegas Convention for his receipt of the prestigious “Chairman’s Club” award.  This is based on reported individual gross commissions for the year.  Each of those inducted produce annual sales in excess of 15 million in real estate, far above the industry average.  He was also awarded 3rd overall on commissions in the Caribbean and Central America, which shows he is not only a leader in the Real Estate Business but someone who far surpasses most people in sales.

Each year, thousands of agents from around the world descend upon Las Vegas to attend the RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION.   The Convention offers a trade show, educational classes, seminars to help improve and promote businesses and most importantly great networking opportunities between RE/MAX agents. RE/MAX is a global franchise of more than 6,800 independently owned and operated offices in 70 different countries and nearly 100,000 agents.

Simon Padgett was awarded a member of the 100% club last year and came in 16th overall in sales internationally this year.
